The job
Whom it May Concern: I need fence builder to help me and my crew for a ten-month period. Duties include installing farm and ranch fence. Workers will be required to conduct contract fencing. When workers are fencing,
duties include installing farm and ranch fences. Workers will be required to installing and removing barbed wire fences within the ranch worksite area. The removal process is taking out metal post and removing all damaged
barbwire and any debris that is obstructing their path. In the installation process workers will need to prepare acreage in order for new installation process to begin. Most fences will be made up of metal T post, cedar post,
net wire, barbwire. Workers will be using heavy equipment while installing fences. Workers maybe lifting up to 50lbs and walk extensively while conducting these tasks. Maybe required to build holding pens needed as holding station, water station for the livestock or building the gates for the fence. Please note fencing is only done on agricultural property. Fencing is NOT done for residential or commercial property. Solely fencing for agricultural properties. Workers may be required to repair equipment, mechanical repairs or maintenance during work hours
Housing: Employer-provided (including mobile or range)
Meals: Employer will furnish free & convenient kitchen facilities so worker may prepare own meals. Employers will be
provided on voluntary basis transportation to assure workers have access to the store where they can purchase
groceries.
Transport: Workers are permitted to select any means of transportation they choose, and I the employer will reimburse workers at no less than the most economical and reasonable common carrier transportation charges for the distances involved which can include reimbursement of fuel if providing their own vehicles. This is all in reference to place of recruitment to the place of employment and place of employment to the place of recruitment.

Extensive pushing and pulling are required when building fence
