The job
EMPLOYEES WILL HARVEST, PICK, PLANT, PACK ON FIELD SITE, PRUNE, SUCKER, FERTILIZE, COUNT, LOAD AND UNLOAD A VARIETY OF CITRUS. THEY WILL ALSO BE PULLING WEEDS, RAKING, CLEANING AREAS AROUND THE FARMS AND BUILDINGS. OTHER DUTIES MAY INCLUDE FIELD MAINTENANCE, CAMP SANITATION, LAYING IRRIGATION PIPE, DIGGING DITCHES, PULLING PLASTIC, LOADING AND UNLOADING. THIS WILL ALL BE DONE UNDER EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS. HEAVY LIFTING, BENDING AND STOOPING WILL BE INVOLVED ON A DAILY BASIS.
Housing: Rental or public accommodations
Meals: Housing does not include kitchen facilities; employer will be providing 3 meals a day for workers with a deduction of $16.78 per worker per day.
Employer will also provide free transportation once per week to/from closest town or city to buy food, banking services, laundry services, and other necessaries.

2 DAY TRAINING WITH EMPLOYER. The training period for all crop activities is 2 days starting with the first day of employment to acclimate the worker to the physical demands of farm work and to familiarize workers with the job specifications and to demonstrate proper harvest methods and other crop specific issues.
