The job
SET, OPERATE AND MAINTAIN ALL FARMING EQUIPMENT TO HARVEST CROPS. RUN
TRACTORS TO SPRAY CROPS AND RUN SILAGE CUTTER. ASSIST WITH ALL CATTLE DUTIES SUCH AS FILLING BARNS, FEEDING AND VACCINATING. GENERAL MAINTENANCE AND SANITIZING OF PLANT, FENCING AND EQUIPMENT. 50% GRAIN DUTIES, 30% CATTLE DUTIES AND 20% MAINTENANCE RELATED DUTIES. ABILITY TO LIFT 100LBS REPEATEDLY. ABILITY TO OBTAIN DRIVERS LICENSE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF HIRE.
Housing: Employer-provided (including mobile or range)
Meals: EMPLOYER WILL PROVIDE FREE COOKING FACILITIES AND A FULLY FURNISHED
KITCHEN.
INSURED VEHICLE TRANSPORTATION WITH 4 PERSON CAPACITY, WILL BE PROVIDED
AT NO COST TO THE WORKERS, FOR TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE WORK
SITE AND FOR ALL GROCERIES, BANKING AND PERSONAL ERRANDS.
