The job

General agricultural labor including loading/unloading bagged and bulk product, general farm support duties, and related crop/product handling. Much of this work will be performed outdoors in all types of weather. Workers are required to lift over 75lbs and possess a basic knowledge of farming/ranching needs. Workers will also need basic agricultural equipment operation and maintenance knowledge.

Housing: Employer-provided (including mobile or range)

Meals: Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities, all of which are in good working order. There is a refrigerator, microwave, stove top/oven, and space for food prep. The kitchen is stocked with cooking accessories, utensils, appliances, and dishwashing facilities so that workers may prepare their own meals. Kitchen facilities include adequate sinks with hot and cold water under pressure. Employer will provide transportation once a week to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries for the worker's own meals. Occasionally, meals may be provided at the job location.

Transport: Employer will provide safe and compliant transportation to and from the airport in the USA for employees to arrive at the work location and to return after the contract has expired. Employer will pay for the flights/transportation costs of inbound and outbound as long as the contract if fulfilled. If the worker is terminated early for cause or abandons employment before completing the contract, the worker may be required to reimburse the employer for outbound transportation costs already paid.

Experience wanted: 3 months

The worker must have 3 months agricultural related experience and be able to obtain an appropriate non-CDL driver's license after hire and maintain a clean driving record. Workers must be able to lift a minimum of 75lbs. Upon hire, workers may be required to undergo random drug testing at no cost to them. A positive test result for illegal or controlled substances or failure to comply, may result in immediate termination of employment.
