The job

Duties include driving and operating farm machinery such as tractors and combines to perform farm activities such as planting,

cultivation, and harvesting of crops wheat & beans. Workers will drive tractors installed with GPS. Operate designated towing

equipment. They will transport materials, supplies, or crops from fields or bin storage to designated locations of local elevators.

Workers must be able to work independently after being given instructions and must be team player when needed. Requirements: -

Employees have valid driver's licenses or obtain one in 30 days. - Cell phone usage is limited to business-related calls only. - NO

TEXTING. - No smoking in equipment, vehicles, housing or grounds. - No drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours and

otherwise discouraged. - Must be able to read, understand and speak English for record keeping and safety reasons. - No Educational

level is required. Must be able to understand, speak, read and write English for safety reasons and record keeping. Must be able to

communicate with owners and other employees about jobs and various tasks. - Must have three months of GPS and farm machinery

experience with towed implements.

Housing: Employer-provided (including mobile or range)

Meals: Employer will provide meals during workhours on workdays. Workers will not be charged for meals. Fully equipped kitchen facilities will be available to prepare meals and transportation are provided to travel to grocery stores to purchase food.

Transport: Employer will reimburse inbound flights or the most economical transportation once the worker completes 50% of his contract. Once the worker completes 100% of the contract the employer will reimburse the outbound flight or most economical transportation.

Experience wanted: 3 months

Workers should have a Class D Driver's license or be able to obtain one within 30days of hire. Workers should be able to lift up to 50lbs.
