The job
Moloki Holdings, LLC has grown and is developing more quantity of harvested crops, like corn, peanuts, bailey and soybeans. Therefore its seasonal temporary work begins by . Cultivation and Harvesting of other crops like BARLEY and COTTON will be done during the fall and winter months through May 31. Employer needs to hire temporary U.S or Nonimmigrant seasonal workers to harvest the above mentioned crops. Moloki Holdings, LLC is involved in its economical and financial growth of crops in North Carolina.
Employer will harvest Barley and Cotton during Fall and Winter months through May 31, 2027
With the use of equipment provided by employer, like scissors, shovels etc., workers will clean weeds from plant, dig and cut, prune and pick crop by hand., also, by the use of machinery.
Workers should be able to walk extensively, and must be able to work under extreme weather, heat and cold as well as to be able to encounter with dirt and soil on clothing, and shoes, with insects and snakes other dirt animals as well. Moloki Holdings,LLC. with the help of 6 farm laborers will complete harvest of Barley and Cotton load and unload at respective deliverance.
Worker must be able to lift 50 lbs., without help.
Housing: Employer-provided (including mobile or range)
Meals: Employer provides free and convenient facilities for workers to prepare their own meals.
Employer will transport workers to a convenient grocery store once a week to purchase their supplies.
Transport: Employer permits workers to select any means of transportation they choose and reimburse workers at no less than the most economical and reasonable common carrier transportation charges for the distances involved. After the worker has completed 50% of the work contract period, whichever comes first, the employer shall reimburse the worker for the cost of transportation and subsistence from place of recruitment to place of work. upon completion of worker's contract.
