Demolition Laborer

The job
Duties will include demolishing and removing damaged concrete feed bunks and pads; breaking up, hauling, and disposing of concrete and construction debris; clearing and preparing work areas for future construction; excavating, grading, leveling, and compacting areas in preparation for spring concrete work; organizing and maintaining tools, equipment, and construction materials; and cleaning and maintaining the shop and demo equipment.
Work hours as determined by weather and customer needs. The work day may begin / end earlier or later on any given day and evening. Typical workweek is Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with potential nights and weekends required depending on customer needs.
Housing: Employer-provided (including mobile or range)
Meals: Double D Bunks will provide free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities to the workers that will enable the workers to prepare their own meals. The facilities include refrigeration, microwave, stove top or portable stove top, various cooking accessories, and an adequate sink with both hot and cold water and adequate water pressure, all of which are in working condition. Within the facilities is available cabinet space to store food that does not require refrigeration and counter space for food preparation. Double D Bunks also makes a vehicle available to workers at no cost to access grocery stores whenever necessary outside of work hours. Breakfast and lunch is usually provided free of charge, as well as some dinners if workers return late from the worksite.
Transport: Inbound and outbound transportation and related daily subsistence will be paid by the employer to the workers for reasonable costs incurred (e.g., reimbursement). Workers are permitted to select any means of transportation they choose and Company will reimburse workers at no less than the most economical and reasonable common carrier transportation charges for the distances involved.
