The job
Seeking a dependable and experienced Seasonal Heavy Equipment Operator &
Agricultural Operations Specialist to support our agricultural operations throughout the
winter and early spring. This position will primarily focus on harvesting, crop processing,
equipment operation, post-harvest field maintenance, and agricultural logistics.
Responsibilities:
Operate tractors, loaders, trucks, grain handling equipment, and other agricultural machinery.
Assist with harvesting, crop handling, processing, loading, unloading, and transportation.
Perform post-harvest field cleanup, tillage, and general field maintenance.
Conduct daily equipment inspections, fueling, lubrication, and basic preventative maintenance.
Transport crops, equipment, supplies, and materials as needed.
Assist with grain storage and processing operations.
Maintain accurate records of equipment use, loads, and field activities.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Assist with preparing equipment and fields for spring planting.
Housing: Employer-provided (including mobile or range)
Meals: Housing has kitchen facilities where workers can prepare their own meals. Employer will
provide transportation for a weekly trip to the grocery store outside working hours.
Transport: Employer will reimburse workers for transport and travel expenses to and from their foreign
homes to the worksite, with inbound travel to be reimbursed when they have completed half of
their contract, and outbound travel to be reimbursed on completion of their contract.

Because of the nature of the work, work hours and days of the week listed are only approximate, and will vary with weather and the day-to-day needs of the employer. Workers will work compulsory overtime when needed.
Previous agricultural or heavy equipment operating experience preferred.
Valid drivers license required.
Ability to perform basic equipment inspections and maintenance.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends,
and extended shifts during peak operations.
