The job
Disassembling, repairing, servicing, and rebuilding farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment such as tillage implements, power units, semis, planters, and drills. Cleaning all tillage and planting equipment, rebuilding all equipment worn out parts such as bearings, tires, hubs, engines, etc, that are needed. Clean and organize shop. Maintaining oil changes in tractors, pickups, well motors, and irrigation equipment. Weld, cut, and fabricate equipment. Drive pickup to obtain parts and supplies for repairs and to stock parts for machinery and equipment; Must speak English.
Housing: Employer-provided (including mobile or range)
Meals: Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities, all of which are in working order, including refrigeration, space for food preparation, cooking accessories and utensils, appliances, and dishwashing facilities so that workers may prepare their own meals. Kitchen facilities include adequate sinks with hot and cold water under pressure. Employer will provide transportation once a week to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries, when the employer is providing cooking and kitchen facilities.

Be able to work in extreme conditions such as heat, humidity, wind, cold. Lift and carry supplies. Follow instructions. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license within 30 days following hire and obtain clean driving record to be able to operate company vehicle. Lift up to 50 lbs.
