The job
Facility Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing fences, gates, and equipment and maintaining cleanliness and order around the ranch premises.Equipment Operation: Operate various ranch equipment such as tractors, Excavator, Bulldozer, Skid steers, ATVs, and hand tools safely and efficiently. Land Management: Assist in land management activities such as clearing brush, maintaining trails, and controlling erosion.
Support Ranch Manager: Collaborate with the ranch manager and other team members to execute daily tasks and special projects as needed.Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others.
Prior ranch or farm experience required. Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in various weather conditions (exert max muscle force to lift, push, pull, unload, carry objects 50+lbs; may climb, walk, stand, reach, balance, sit, stoop, bend, squat, wash, clean: equip, grounds, area).Basic mechanical and/or welding skills a plus.Must be reliable, safety-minded, and willing to learn. Valid driver’s license required within 2 weeks of reporting to work.Worker has 3 days from date of hire to show proof of legal authorization to work in the United States.
Housing: Employer-provided (including mobile or range)
Meals: Kitchen Facilities, utilities and utensils will be provided by the employer at no cost to the worker. Worker will prepare their own meals. Upon request, employer will provide transportation to stores at least every two weeks for shopping for food and other necessary items at no cost to the worker.

transportation between worker(s) on-site housing and the work site.
The expected work schedule may be required in a split shift due to the nature of the job duties. Hours may vary due to weather, time
of year and the requirements of the job. Work may be offered more than the specified hours per day, but only required to work the
hours specified.
