Pay: $10.42/hour

Season: Dec 1, 2026 – Feb 28, 2027

Experience: 2 months

Employer-provided housing; Transportation provided/reimbursed

The job

workers are needed to prepare fields for the upcoming corn and soybean growing season, including clearing and maintaining fields, preparing and conditioning the soil, performing general farm labor, maintaining drainage areas and field access, and assisting with the preparation and upkeep of farm equipment and other agricultural areas. General farm duties. Able to work in hot, humid weather and able to stand on feet for long periods of time. Once hired, workers may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination.

Housing: Employer-provided (including mobile or range)

Meals: Workers will be provided with fully furnished kitchen.

Housing will have transportation to the grocery store as needed.

Transport: Employer will pay for mode of transportation of the workers choosing to the worksite and reimburse worker at no less than the most economical and reasonable common carrier transportation charges for the distance involved as required by regulations. The employer will pay for the workers’ outbound mode of transportation, of the workers choosing, at no less than the most economical and reasonable common carrier transportation charges for the distance involved back to where they departed.
