The job
To drive H2A employees from housing to farm location, from one farm to another, to the store for personal needs, laundry mat for locations that do not have laundry facility, to bank and work related transactions. Work will take place outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and humidity.
Half hour lunch break during weekdays.
Housing: Employer-provided (including mobile or range)
Meals: Employer does not provide meals. Employer-provided housing includes free and convenient kitchen facilities with appropriate equipment, appliances, cooking accessories, and dish-washing facilities for meal preparation. For workers residing in employer-provided housing, employer also provides free transportation once per week to/from closest town or city for personal errands (e.g., groceries, banking services). Dining, kitchen/cooking facilities and other common areas are shared by all workers.
Transport: Employer provided transportation will be airplane, charter bus, employer operated vehicle, or other common means depending on the workers' country or State of origin. All common means of transportation will meet applicable safety standards and will abide by 20 CFR 655.122(h)(1) & (2). Continued
Experience wanted: 6 months
Drug screen (at employer expense after hire, if accident occurs)
Training for 2 weeks while on-the-job.
