The job

Daily care of livestock (including sheep and cattle) during winter / nongrazing months. Check water and food supply for animals daily. Distribute feed bales to livestock, as needed, manually or using farm equipment. Inspect, maintain, and repair equipment and machinery. Inspect and maintain livestock health to include vaccinations. Clean and maintain livestock housing areas. The work day may begin / end earlier or later on any given day and evening. Typical workweek is Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Potential nights and weekends required depending on the animals and weather.

Housing: Employer-provided (including mobile or range)

Meals: Company will provide free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities to the workers that will enable the workers to prepare their own meals. The facilities include refrigeration, microwave, stove top or portable stove top, various cooking accessories, and an adequate sink with both hot and cold water and adequate water pressure, all of which are in working condition. Within the facilities is available cabinet space to store food that does not require refrigeration and counter space for food preparation. Company makes available work trucks or other available vehicles to workers at no cost to access grocery stores whenever necessary outside of workhours.
