Farm Hand

The job
The worker will be a farm hand.
The farm hand will be required to work with livestock where they will help manage the stress,
sickness, and other such misfortunes experienced in the day-to-day oversight of herds.
The farm hand will be able to manage the herd, such as round up relocate and collect any
cattle that get out of the fence.
The farm hand will be operating farming equipment such as tractor, pickup truck, and lawn
mower to care for the land.
The farm hand will also be able to provide regular maintenance of the equipment to ensure it is
in good working order.
Housing: Employer-provided (including mobile or range)
Meals: Kitchen in housing that includes fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove top, freezer. all appliances have been updated within the last six years. they will have all cooking and prep and meal utensils and tools needed. employer will provide, on a voluntary basis, transportation to ensure workers have access to stores where they can purchase groceries, medical necessities, or other incidentals. when necessary, employer will pay/reimburse daily meals no less than value must be greater than current OFLC Public Amounts.
Transport: After the worker has completed 50% of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for cost of transportation and subsistence from the place the worker has come to work for the employer. Upon completion of the contract, the employer will pay the reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence to the place from which the worker departed to work for the employer. Payment for transportation will be limited to the most reasonable and economical methods.
Experience wanted: 6 months
Lifting Requirements: must be able to lift 100 pounds.
1-week training to go over the specific requirements of the employee's position as well as training on equipment used.
