The job
Use hand tools such as shovels, scoops, brooms for duties such as auguring grain, scooping grain, turning levers and knobs to dry grain, sweep bins with hand broom after grain is augured into trucks without over or under filling to be moved to market or storage facilities; Must be able to work in dusty conditions and be willing to work inside grain bins; Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate employer provided safety equipment; Repair farm buildings, equipment, fences, and other structures; Clean work areas, and maintain grounds and landscaping; Must speak English.
Housing: Employer-provided (including mobile or range)
Meals: Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities, all of which are in working order, including refrigeration, space for food preparation, cooking accessories and utensils, appliances, and dishwashing facilities so that workers may prepare their own meals. Kitchen facilities include adequate sinks with hot and cold water under pressure. Employer will provide transportation once a week to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries, when the employer is providing cooking and kitchen facilities.

Be able to work in extreme conditions such as heat, humidity, wind, cold. Lift and carry supplies. Follow instructions. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license within 30 days following hire and obtain clean driving record to be able to operate company vehicle. Lift up to 50 lbs.
