General Farm Worker

Pay: $19.99/hour

Season: Nov 15, 2026 – Mar 31, 2027

Experience: 3 months

Employer-provided housing; Transportation provided/reimbursed

The job

Feed cattle daily according to established feeding schedules

• Monitor and maintain water supply, including breaking or defrosting ice on water tanks during winter months

• Administer vaccinations, medications, and injections to cattle as directed

• Monitor herd health on a daily basis and identify sick or injured animals

• Treat or assist in treating ill or injured cattle

• Monitor cows during calving season and assist with difficult births as needed

• Care for and monitor newborn calves

• Maintain pens, feeding areas, and equipment used in daily cattle care

• Operate tractors and other farm equipment as needed to support feeding and cattle-care duties

Housing: Employer-provided (including mobile or range)

Meals: Housing has fully equipped kitchen facilities to prepare meals, transportation will be provided to travel between housing, work and grocery stores. Workers will be fully equipped to pack lunch. Workers will not be charged for meals.

Transport: Inbound flights or the most economical transportation will be reimbursed at the time of employment. Once the worker completes 100% of the contract the outbound flights or most economical transportation will be reimbursed or provided.

Experience wanted: 3 months

Th worker should have a valid driver's license or able to obtain one within 30days of hire. The employee should be able to lift 60lb. Will be exposed to extreme cold weather.
