The job
Operate farm trucks with snow plows, tractors with blower attachments, walk-behind snow blowers, shovels and spreaders to remove snow from farm grounds. Repair and maintenance of agricultural buildings and grain storage faciities using hand and power tools. Move stored grain as needed to make repairs. Winter repair and overhauling farm equipment using hand and power tools. Moving and maintaining heated section of barn so that the cold-weather farm equipment is stored and operable during winter months. Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs for 50yds. Must have 6 months farm equipment repair experience.
Housing: Employer-provided (including mobile or range)
Meals: The employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities so workers may prepare their own meals. Employer will provide (on voluntary basis) transportation to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries.
Transport: The employer will provide advance transportation for a reasonable (most economical) common carrier or other transportation which conforms to the Interstate Commerce Commission (ICC) for inbound and outbound transportation (if it is the prevailing practice). If not the prevailing practice, the employer will reimburse the worker for the transportation costs and subsistence to the employer’s worksite when the worker completes 50% of the work period.

Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs for 50yds. Must have 6 months farm equipment repair experience.
