The job
Prepare land to be used to cultivate flowers and berries. Clear soil to be used, stake out planting areas, rotovate and rake areas to be planted, place horticultural cloth for potted plant areas. Make a plot plan which shows growing areas including an irrigation layout. Help to install the irrigation system to be installed by a contracted company. Plant, irrigate, fertilize, and weed flower and berry crops. Oversee deliveries and sales of product.
Housing: Employer-provided (including mobile or range)
Meals: Employer does not provide meals. Employer-provided housing includes free and convenient kitchen facilities with appropriate equipment, appliances, cooking accessories, and dish-washing facilities for meal preparation. For workers residing in employer-provided housing, employer also provides free transportation once per week to/from closest town or city for personal errands (e.g., groceries, banking services). Dining, kitchen/cooking facilities and other common areas are shared by all workers.
Transport: Employer provided transportation will be airplane, charter bus, employer operated vehicle, or other common means depending on the workers' country or State of origin. All common means of transportation will meet applicable safety standards and will abide by 20 CFR 655.122(h)(1) & (2). Continued
