The work includes feeding cattle corn silage and hay, checking drinking-water supplies, cleaning troughs, tanks, and watering equipment, and keeping water wells working properly so livestock have reliable water access. Employees will also clean pens, stalls, barns, chutes, and other animal-handling areas, as well as build and clean corrals and shelters as needed. Herd care duties include vaccinations and pregnancy checking cows, and assisting with sorting, weighing, branding, and low-stress handling. Employees will maintain corrals, buildings, improvements, and livestock equipment used for proper cattle management while observing safe practices and using knowledge of cattle handling throughout daily operations. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience.

Employer will offer free transportation to town for personal services (i.e. banking, groceries) at least once per week for non range workers.
Transport: The employer will pay the worker for reasonable costs incurred by the worker for transportation and daily subsistence from the place from which the worker has come to work for the employer, whether in the U.S. or abroad to the place of employment (inbound/outbound).
