The job
Crawfish worker duties include: handling crawfish; weighing, washing, grading, tagging, cleaning, peeling, and packaging crawfish; dumping crawfish sacks; preparing crawfish for sale/consumption; inspecting crawfish for defects; pick/remove trash/foreign material from crawfish; follow safety regulations and maintain records; cleanup and sanitization of worksite and equipment.
Housing: Employer-provided (including mobile or range)
Meals: Employer will provide cooking and kitchen facilities, housing, housing utilities, as well as transportation to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries and other necessary items.
Transport: Transportation & related daily subsistence will be provided by the employer or paid by the employer to the worker for reasonable costs incurred for inbound & outbound travel. Employer will provide or pay for charter bus services or other modes of transportation to groups of H-2A or U.S. workers or permit workers to select any means of transportation they choose & reimburse workers at no less than the most economical & reasonable common carrier transportation charges for the distance involved.

Worker must report to work at designated time and place each day. Daily or weekly work schedule may vary due to weather, sunlight, temperatures, crop conditions, and other factors.
Employer will notify workers of any change to start time. Workers should expect occasional periods of little or no work because of weather, crop, or other conditioners beyond the employer's control. These periods can occur anytime throughout the season.
Workers may be assigned a variety of duties in any given day and different tasks on different days
