The job
The tasks to be performed will be Nursery work performing in field and greenhouses including hoeing, mowing, trimming, chopping weeds, digging, planting, and transplanting. All trees, shrubs and other plantings will need to be moved from the fields, loaded and unloaded. Lifting up to 75 lbs. is common. A 30min lunch break and two 15 min breaks will be given per day.
Housing: Employer-provided (including mobile or range)
Meals: EMPLOYER PROVIDES AT NO COST TO WORKERS HOUSING WITH FURNISHED
KITCHEN AND UTENSILS FOR WORKERS TO BUY AND / OR PREPARE THEIR OWN
MEALS.
Transport: Employer will permit workers to select any means of transportation they choose and will
reimburse workers for inbound and outbound transportation at no less than the most
economical and reasonable common carrier charges for the distances involved for such
transportation from and to place of recruitment, and also will reimburse all related travel
subsistence.
