The job
Our farm must be staffed with workers to oversee normal ranch operations that pertain to attending to our live horses. Such responsibilities include feeding, watering, loading, maintain records on horses; assisting in birth deliveries; administering medications, vaccinations, or insecticides as appropriate; cleaning and maintenance of housing areas, cleaning stalls, pens, and equipment; and halter-breaking and caring for young horses along with managing and harvesting grass and hay fields. Shifts are split into two parts: 8am-12pm, 1pm-4pm.
Housing: Employer-provided (including mobile or range)
Meals: Housing includes full-sized kitchen. Workers will be transported by a licensed driver to grocery stores or other dining options at no cost to the employees.
