The job
Workers will perform manual labor related to greenhouse and nursery production. Duties include planting, watering, cultivating, packaging, loading, and unloading greenhouse products. Workers will assist with the propagation and maintenance of plants by following detailed instructions provided by supervisors. Work is performed under close supervision and does not require previous specialized training. Employer will provide basic instruction on job duties.
The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. No experience is required; however, up to 1 month of prior greenhouse or nursery work is preferred.
Housing: Employer-provided (including mobile or range)
Meals: The employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities so that workers may prepare their own meals, this includes basic appliances, pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls and dish washing facilities for meal preparation etc. The employer will also provide (on a regular weekly basis and at no cost) transportation, to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries.
Transport: The employer offers prearranged chartered or commercial bus, van, or plane whichever is the most economical and reasonable means for the distance involved for the inbound and outbound workers travel.

Hours listed in Section A.6 are the anticipated hours to be worked. The employer may offer additional work hours or these hours could increase or decrease based on weather conditions, crop delay, pests or disease, crop yield, available labor, and or productivity.
