The job
Nursery work and general maintenance. Must be able to reach, bend and lift items weighing 50 pounds repetitively throughout the workday. Must be able to work outdoors in dusty/dirty conditions, at extreme heat and cold inclement weather. Must be able to listen to, understand, and follow simple instructions of supervisors. Must be able to work in fields where ants, snakes and poison ivy are encountered. Workers may be requested to submit to random drug or alcohol tests at no cost to the worker. Failure to comply with the request or testing positive may result in immediate termination. Use of personal cell phone or other personal electronic device during working hours strictly prohibited except for work-related calls or emergencies and violation may result in immediate termination.
Trabajo de vivero y mantenimiento general. Debe poder alcanzar, agacharse y levantar objetos de hasta 23 kg repetidamente durante la jornada laboral. Debe poder trabajar al aire libre en condiciones de polvo y suciedad, con calor y frío extremos. Debe poder escuchar, comprender y seguir instrucciones sencillas de los supervisores. Housing: Employer-provided (including mobile or range)
Meals: Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities so workers may prepare their own meals. Workers will buy their own groceries. Once a week, the employer will provide (on a voluntary basis) transportation to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries. These board arrangements apply only to workers living in employer-provided housing.

Transport: For workers recruited outside the area of intended employment, transportation and subsistence expenses will be reimbursed by the employer in accordance with 20 CFR § 655.122(h).
