The job
Planting Watermelon and laying plastic. Prolonged standing, bending, stooping, and reaching. Job is outdoors and continues in all types of weather. Must be able to lift 50lbs. to shoulder height repetitively throughout the workday and able to lift and carry 50lbs. in field. Use of personal cell phone or other personal electronic device during working hours strictly prohibited except for work related calls or emergencies and violation may result in immediate termination.
Housing: Employer-provided (including mobile or range)
Meals: Employer has a Catering Contract with Nayeli's Cocina. The contract states as follows:
The contract will begin for the breakfast, lunch and evening meal, seven days a week, Monday thru Sunday. Start date is approximately 01/01/2027 and continuing through 04/01/2027.
Caterer will provide the required meals for each of the populations to be served, that will meet the temperature guidelines of food service at the time of delivery to the designated location.

Transport: For workers recruited outside the area of intended employment, transportation and subsistence expenses will be reimbursed by the employer in accordance with 20 CFR 655.122(h)
