The job
Maintain farm fencing. Assist in maintenance of farm equipment and buildings. Maintain farm free of brush and weeds, maintain ponds, maintain farm roads. Load, transport, unload and distribute feed to cattle, clean up, and assist in calving operation with clean up, observing cows and calves, feeding calves, and notifying supervisor of veterinary or other special needs of calves and cows. Help with fencing, barns, and roadways on new acreage.
Housing: Employer-provided (including mobile or range)
Meals: Employer does not provide meals. Employer-provided housing includes free and convenient kitchen facilities with appropriate equipment, appliances, cooking accessories, and dish-washing facilities for meal preparation. For workers residing in employer-provided housing, employer also provides free transportation once per week to/from closest town or city for personal errands (e.g., groceries, banking services). Dining, kitchen/cooking facilities and other common areas are shared by all workers.
Transport: Employer provided transportation will be airplane, charter bus, employer operated vehicle, or other common means depending on the workers' country or State of origin. All common means of transportation will meet applicable safety standards and will abide by 20 CFR 655.122(h)(1) & (2). Continued
