The job
Workers are required to drive a tractor in preparing fields for planting, putting out fertilizer, planting, harvesting, clearing fields, general farm labor, including but not limited to: shovel work, shop work, cleaning shop, servicing and cleaning equipment, cleaning in and around the house, etc. Drug tests may be done post-hire at no cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and keep in complaince with workers compensation guidelines. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination. Workers must abide all safety rules. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties described.
Housing: Employer-provided (including mobile or range)
Meals: The housing is provided free of charge and has cooking and kitchen facilities.
Transport: Workers will choose the mode of transportation for inbound and outbound transportation. Workers will be reimbursed inbound transportation cost of the most economical mode of transportation from the place of origin to the place of employment upon 50% completion of the contract and outbound transportation upon completion of the contract, any extensions or upon no cause termination from the place of employment to the place of origin or to subsequent H2A employment.
