The job
Workers will be working, planting and hand harvesting fruit and berry trees and various vegetables. There may be some tractor driving as well as helping complete and maintain greenhouses. Workers will be required to perform all general farm labor duties involved in the day to day operation of a fruit/berry/ vegetable farm. Workers will also be required to keep the fields, yards and housing mowed and free of debris, clean and santize picking bins, crates and tools required for harvesting. Workers will be required to follow all work and safety rules. Drug test may be administered post hire to ensure worker safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Workers must be physically able to perform the repetitive manual stoop labor required to hand harvest fruits, berries, and vegetables.
Housing: Employer-provided (including mobile or range)
Meals: Housing has kitchen and cooking facilities and is provided free of charge. Workers will be taken to stores weekly to purchase groceries and other necessities.
Transport: Workers will choose their own mode of inbound and outbound transportation. Workers will be reimburse for inbound transportation upon 50% completion of the contract from the place of origin to the place of employment. Outbound transportation will be paid upon completion of the contract, any extensions or upon no cause termination from the place of employment to the place of origin or to a subsequent H2A certified employer.

Workers may be drug tested post hire at no cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and to keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines.
