The job
Employees will operate equipment with towed feeder wagon implements designated for feeding and bedding cattle. They will observe cattle for sicknesses and treat if needed. They will grind feed, vaccinate, brand and tag ears of the animals. Assist with calving the herd and care for new born. Check pens for water, cleanness and health conditions of the animals. They will grind feed, vaccinate, brand and tag ears of the animals. Fixing and mending existing fences, routine maintenance will need to be done on machinery, grounds and
structures.
Must be able to work independently after given instructions.
Employees must speak, read, write and understand English language for record keeping and safety reasons.
Cell phones are limited to business calls only. No Texting.
No smoking or drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours.
Must have a current drivers license or capable of obtaining one in 60 days.
Workers must have three months tractor driving with computerized monitors experience and cattle experience.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Housing: Employer-provided (including mobile or range)
Meals: The workers will have a fully furnished kitchen with cooking and eating utensils where they can prepare their meals.
When they cannot return for meals they will be provide with lunch cooler to pack their lunches.
Workers will be provided with transportation one a week to the closest grocery store where the workers can purchase their groceries and personal item. Distance to the closest grocery store is 8 miles.
Transport: Upon completion of 50% of work contract the Employer will reimburse worker cost of transportation and daily subsistence (inbound) a minimum reimbursement of $ 16.78 per day and a maximum reimbursement of $ 68.00 per day. (Receipts required) from the place of recruitment to the placement of work. Upon completion of the contract the employer will pay the return cost to the place of recruitment (outbound) except when worker does not return to place of original recruitment or extension filed.

Employees must have valid driver's license or obtain one in 60 days.
Cell phone usage is limited to business-related calls only. NO TEXTING.
No smoking in the equipment, vehicles, housing or grounds.
No drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours is otherwise discouraged.
No Educational level is required.
Must have three months of tractor driving installed with GPS and towed implements.
Operate/understand GPS with computerized monitors.
