The job
We need qualified workers to assist in preparing cattle for sale. Duties will include herding, grazing, castrating, branding, weighing, catching and loading animals. Employees will also need to maintain records on animals, examine animals to detect disease and injuries; assist with birth deliveries; and administer medications and vaccinations as appropriate. Will need to operate pickup trucks and tractors and other equipment to distribute feed and assist with cutting of forage as directed. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience.
Housing: Employer-provided (including mobile or range)
Meals: The employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities and space for food preparation, as well as the necessary equipment, appliances (including refrigeration),cooking accessories, and dish washing facilities (e.g., adequate sinks with hot and cold water under pressure) that are in working condition and will be used by workers to sufficiently prepare three (3) meals a day. Employer will offer free transportation to town for personal services (i.e. banking, groceries) at least once per week for non range workers.
Transport: The employer will pay the worker for reasonable costs incurred by the worker for transportation and daily subsistence from the place from which the worker has come to work for the employer, whether in the U.S. or abroad to the place of employment (inbound/outbound). The employer will permit workers to select any means of transportation they choose and reimburse workers at no less than the most economical and reasonable common carrier transportation charges for the distances involved.

Must communicate in English. Requires three month's experience and a regular drivers license.
