The job
Workers will perform the duties of: General lubrication, service (check fluids), and mechanical repair to machinery: mechanical maintenance, site upkeep. Maintain appearance and quality of elevator site grounds. Grain Handling (dump grain in bins and loads trucks and rail cars). Per state regulations, the employer is exempt from a commercial CDL requirement for farm trucking. No commercial or heavy truck driving that requires CDL is required. The employer will allocate adequate breaks as determined by local and federal regulations. Operator License Class D- Candidate will have 60 days to obtain. Regulatory compliance: Adhere to all local and federal regulations regarding work hours, breaks, and safety protocols. Employment may be terminated for the following reasons: repeated absenteeism or tardiness, violation of safety
protocols. Failure to perform job duties satisfactorily. Misconduct or insubordination. Substance abuse on the job and operating machinery and vehicles.
Housing: Rental or public accommodations
Meals: Employer-provided housing includes free and convenient kitchen facilities with appropriate equipment, appliances, cooking accessories, and dish-washing facilities for meal preparation. For workers residing in employer-provided housing, employer also provides free transportation once per week to/from closest town or city for personal errands (e.g. groceries, banking
services).

Experience wanted: 3 months
Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion. Operator License Class D- Candidate will have 60 days to obtain.
