The job

Feed and water livestock and monitor food and water supplies. Herd livestock to pastures for grazing or to scales, trucks, or other enclosures. Inspect, maintain, and repair equipment, machinery, buildings, pens, yards, and fences. Move equipment or livestock from one location to another, manually or using trucks or carts. Operate snow removal equipment in order to operate feed wagons. Grinding corn for feed. Hauling grain from terminal to feed storage facility. Pregnancy checks on cattle. Examine animals to detect illness, injury or disease, and to check physical characteristics such as rate of weight gain. Administer medications and vaccinations to cattle. Care for Livestock is within a mile from 16489 County Road 1060, Lamont, OK, Grant County, 74643 location. Farming with: Beef Cattle. No CDL Required and no commercial truck driving required.

Housing: Employer-provided (including mobile or range)

Meals: Employer-provided housing includes free and convenient kitchen facilities with appropriate equipment, appliances, cooking accessories, and dishwashing facilities for meal preparation. For workers residing in employer-provided housing, employer also provides free transportation once per week to/from closest town or city for personal errands (e.g., groceries, banking services).

Transport: The employer will permit workers to select any means of transportation they choose and provide reimbursement upon arrival at the farm for all inbound and outbound transportation at no less than the most economical and reasonable common carrier transportation charges for the distance involved. This may include plane, train, bus, or automobile.

Experience wanted: 1 months

Minimum of 1 months of experience is required. Lift and carry items weighing up to 40 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive sitting is required. Extensive walking is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Exceptional performance may be rewarded with additional compensation or benefits at the employers discretion.
