The job
Nursery Work grafting plant varieties. Prolonged standing, bending, stooping, and reaching. Job continues in all types of weather. Must be able to lift 50lbs. to shoulder height repetitively throughout the workday and be able to carry 50lbs. while walking various distances. Use of personal cell phone or other personal electronic device during working hours strictly prohibited except for work-related calls or emergencies and violation may result in immediate termination.

Housing: Employer-provided (including mobile or range)
Meals: For employees living in the single-family homes: Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities so workers may prepare their own meals. Workers will buy their own groceries. Once a week, the employer will provide (on a voluntary basis) transportation to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries. These board arrangements apply only to workers living in employer-provided housing.
For employees living in the hotel rooms: Per 655.122(g), the employer will provide three (3) meals per day (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and will charge the workers up to $16.78 per day, for the workers residing in the housing facility, subject to change with the publication of new rates by the Office of Foreign Labor Certification in the Federal Register. The employer will provide free transportation once per week to and from the laundry facility and store to obtain other necessities.
Transport: For workers recruited outside the area of intended employment, transportation and subsistence expenses will be reimbursed by the employer in accordance with 20 CFR § 655.122(h).

Employees will have a minimum Perdue pegboard dexterity test score of 85 as a requirement for hire. A grafting rate of 132 plants/hour will be the production standard implemented after 3 weeks (15 days) employment.
