The job
Job Duties may include: Crawfishing involves manually cutting up of fish bait, baiting of traps, operate motorized & push crawfish boats; frequent stooping and lifting traps from pond, dumping crawfish from traps, sacking crawfish, repair traps as needed, load & unload
trucks/boats, bringing crawfish to plants; preparing crawfish ponds/fields; setting out traps; picking up traps from fields; stocking crawfish ponds; help repair & maintain farm equipment, shop, fields, levees, worksites and farm roads. Lifting requirement of 40 lbs., repetitive movements, and working outside in inclement weather conditions.
Housing: Employer-provided (including mobile or range)
Meals: Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities so worker may prepare their own meals. Employer will provide (on a voluntary basis) transportation to assure workers have access to stores where they can purchase groceries
Transport: Transportation & related daily subsistence will be provided by the employer or paid by the employer to the worker for reasonable costs incurred for inbound & outbound travel. Employer will provide or pay for charter bus services or other modes of transportation to H-2A or U.S. workers, or permit workers to select any means of transportation they choose and reimburse workers at no less than the most economical and reasonable common carrier transportation charges for the distances involved.

Worker must report to work at designated time and place each day. Daily or weekly work schedule may vary due to weather, sunlight, temperatures, crop conditions, and other factors.
Employer will notify workers of any change to start time. Workers should expect occasional periods of little or no work because of weather, crop, or other conditioners beyond the employer's control. These periods can occur anytime throughout the season.
Workers may be assigned a variety of duties in any given day and different tasks on different days
