The job
Job duties may include and are not limited to tasks such as: Agricultural Water well drilling and pump installation; Assisting the Driller in drilling wells and setting pumps for farming irrigation systems; Testing new wells; Driving service trucks and pulling trailers loaded with equipment; Pulling pumps, assessing damage, and repairing; Testing repaired pumps; Pulling out and dismantling old pipe installing new pipe. Servicing irrigation pumps and motors; Farming; Weed and pest control; Fencing; Maintenance on farm equipment. Must speak and understand English. Approximate staggered entry, 1 worker arriving Jan 16th, 2 workers arrive approximately Feb 15th.
Housing: Employer-provided (including mobile or range)
Meals: Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities, all of which are in working order, including refrigeration, space for food preparation, cooking accessories and utensils, appliances, and dishwashing facilities so that workers may prepare their own meals. Kitchen facilities include adequate sinks with hot and cold water under pressure. Employer will provide transportation once a week to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries, when the employer is providing cooking and kitchen facilities.

Be able to work in extreme conditions such as heat, humidity, wind, cold. Lift and carry supplies. Follow instructions. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license within 30 days following hire and obtain clean driving record to be able to operate company vehicle. Lift up to 90 lbs.
